Rubber gloves (Item 7, Appendix E)
Protective goggles (Item 9, Appendix E)
Rags (Item 6, Appendix E)
WARNING
Wear protective face shield when servicing the battery to protect the facial skin in case
that the battery acid splashes and would come in contact with the skin and cause burns.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, flush eyes with cold water and seek
immediate medical attention. Wear rubber gloves and avoid acid contact with the skin.
If contact occurs, wash immediately with cold water and seek medical attention as
necessary.
