Service Upon Receipt of Material
When a new or used tank is received by an organization it must be
uncrated, installed and serviced as described in paragraphs 2-2, 2-3
REMOVE ALL PROTRUDING NAILS AND OTHER OBJECTS
PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE TANK FROM
THIS IS ESSENTIAL IN ORDER TO
AVOID PUNCTURING THE TANK.
Uncrating the Equipment
When the tank is received in the crate, unload it as near to its point
of installation as is possible.
