1-9. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR COMPONENTS
oA DRUM. Holds up to 500 gallons of drinking water.
COUPLER VALVE. Manual valve for filling and dispensing drinking water.
ADAPTER ASSEMBLY. Contains check valve which closes when coupler valve is removed.
oD BOWS. Means for suspending/lifting or tying down drum from either end. Mounted on swivel
plate.
oE SWIVEL PLATE. Provides attaching points for bows and tow bar.

CABLE ASSEMBLIES. Limits endwise expansion of drum and controls its shape.
