Swivel Plate, Bearing Plate, and Closure Ring.
Check both ends of the drum for:
Binding swivel plate (1).
Loose or missing screws (2) in bearing plate (3) and
closure ring (4).
Leaks at or around bearing plate (3) and closure ring
Check whether drum assembly is misshapen or distorted,
indicating damaged cable assemblies.

plate lug (5)
