DESCRIPTION
This restrictor has an integral oil fill cap, which provides
nearly effortless set-up, when performing a crankcase
pressure test on the 6.9 Liter Diesel Engine. The SE-
4146 Orificed Restrictor Tool, like its cousin the SE-4039
used on 400 Series, D-Series and 9.0 Liter Diesel
