Allow only authorized personnel to weld or cut metals, and follow safetyprecautions in TC 9-237. Protective clothing and goggles must be worn, adequateprotective equipment used, a suitable fire extinguisher kept nearby, andrequirements of TC 9-237 strictly followed.(1)Inspect all welded surfaces for cracks or other damage.
