This RPSTL lists and authorizes spares and repair parts, special tools, special test, measurement, anddiagnostic equipment (TMDE), and other special support equipment required for performance of unit, direct support andgeneral support maintenance of all sizes of Collapsible Fabric Fuel Tanks It authorizes the requisitioning, issue, anddisposition of spares, repair parts and special tools as indicated by the source, maintenance and recoverability (SMR)codes.C-2. GENERAL. In addition to this section, Introduction, this Repair Parts and Special Tools List is divided into thefollowing sections:a. SectionII.RepairPartsList. A list of spares and repair parts authorized by this RPSTL for use in theperformance of maintenance. This list also includes parts which must be removed for replacement of the authorizedparts. Parts lists are composed of functional groups in ascending alphanumeric sequence, with the parts in each grouplisted in ascending figure and item number sequence. Bulk materials are listed in item name sequence in FIG. BULK atthe end of the section. Repair kits are listed separately in their own functional group within Section II. Items are shown inthe associated illustration.b. SectionIII.SpecialToolsList. A list of special tools, special TMDE, and special support equipment authorized bythis RPSTL (as indicated by Basis of Issue (BOI) information in DESCRIPTION AND USABLE ON CODE column) for theperformance of maintenance.c.SectionIV.Cross-ReferenceIndex. There are two cross reference indexes in this RPSTL: The National StockNumber Index, listed in the National Item Identification Number sequence and the Part Number Index, listed inalphanumeric sequence of part numbers appearing in the listing.
