Install upper carburetor assembly on lower carburetor assembly. Install four upper carburetor assembly
mounting screws.
Install choke rod in correct hole in choke shaft. Install choke rod mounting screw and spring.
Install idle valve.
For models with needle valve, install needle valve. For models with fixed jet, install jet and plug.
Assemble cover, gasket, and damping diaphragm. Install on pump body. Insert three mounting screws.
