It produces a rotary or twisting motion, and is measured in inch- pounds (in-lb), foot-pounds (ft-lb) or Newton-meters (Nm). V VENTILATE - To provide with a source of fresh or uncontaminated air. VISUAL - Visible; detected by the unaided eye.
