FINAL DRIVES
REMOVE FINAL DRIVES
Tools Needed

Lifting Bracket

start by:
a) remove axles
NOTE:
Rim and tire removed for better photo illustration.
1.
Remove bolts (I) that hold the final drive
carrier to the wheel assembly.
2.
Use tool (A) and fasten a hoist to final
drive.
3.
Install two /2"-13 NC forcing screws into
final drive carrier (2).
4.
Remove final drive. Weight of the final
drive is 85 lb. (39 kg).
INSTALL FINAL DRIVES

Lifting Bracket

1.
If necessary make a replacement of the
O-ring seal in the wheel assembly.
2.
Use tool (A) and fasten a hoist to final
drive.
3.
Put the final drive in position on the
machine.
4.
Tighten the bolts to a torque of 195 ± 18
lb.ft. (265 ± 24 N.m).
