Installation INITIAL SETUP Tools Equipment Condition Tool kit, general mechanic's: automotive TM or Para Condition Description Wheels chocked. Materials/Parts Para 2-10 Jackstand lowered. Lockwasher Para 3-6 Rear engine panel removed. NOTE Slave connector only has to be removed if replacing ground cable. Para 4-90 Slave connector removed. a. Removal. (1) Unlock latch (1) and open cover (2). (2) Remove cover (3) from negative cable (4). (3) Loosen nut (5) and remove negative cable (4) from battery (6). 4-220
