(3) Assemble plunger assembly (14) as follows: (a) Install nut (22), washer (21), leather cup washer (20), washer (19), lockwasher (18), and nut (17) on rod (16). (b) Install connector (13) and handle (15) on rod (16). (4) Install plunger assembly (14) in tank (2) and tighten connector (13). (5) Install hose (11) on tank (2). (6) Install pressure gage (12) on valve (4). (7) Install valve (4) on hose (11). 4-396
