Wear protective goggles andgloves; use only in a well-ventilated area; avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothesand do not breathe vapors. Keep away from heat or flame. Never smoke when usingsolvent; the flash point for type I drycleaning solvent is 100°F (38°C) and for type II is140°F (60°C). Failure to do so may result in injury or death to personnel. P-D-680type III is a substitute for types I and II in this application. The flash point for type IIIis 200°F (93°C).· If personnel become dizzy while using cleaning solvent, immediately get fresh airand medical help. If solvent contacts skin or clothes, flush with cold water. Ifsolvent contacts eyes, immediately flush eyes with water and get immediate medicalattention.(1)Clean all metal parts with drycleaning solvent and brush.WARNINGCompressed air used for cleaning purposes will not exceed 30 psi (207 kPa). Useonly with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment(goggles/shield, gloves, etc).(2)Dry all metal parts with rags or compressed air.(3)Inspect all parts for cracks, excessive wear, andmetal fatigue.(4)Replace all parts failing inspection.d.Assembly.(1)Install zerk fitting (23) on retainer plate (20).(2)Install support bushing (21) on bushing bracket(22) with two retainer plates (19 and 20), fourscrews (18), lockwashers (17), and nuts (16).5-135
