5-57. TWO-WAY VALVE ASSEMBLY REPAIR (CONT).
WARNING
Compressed air is used for cleaning purposes and will not exceed 30 psi (207 kPa). Use only with
effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.).
(2)
Dry all parts with compressed air.
(3)
Check parts for damage.
(4)
Replace damaged parts.
c. Assembly.
(1)
Install gasket (8) and plug (2) in valve body (7).
(2)
Install seal gasket (6), spring (5), and base plate
(4) on valve body (7).
