5-5. PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSY, HYPOCHLORINATION UNIT/REPAIR (CONT).

REMARKS
a. Install new diaphragm (12) on piston plate (13).
b. Screw piston plate (13) into piston assy (11).
c. Screw piston assy (11) into disc (10) in lower housing.
d. Install spring (8) and spring seat (7).
e. Install upper housing (3) with six bolts (5) and
nuts (6).
f. Using a 9/16” box end wrench and 9/16” socket and a
rachet tighten nuts and bolts snugly.
g. Install regulator adjustment bolt (1) and tighten jam
nut (2).
h. Install drain plug (14) and tighten snugly with pipe
wrench.
i. Return unit to service.
