WATER LEAKS FROM DISCHARGE ASSEMBLY
1.
Leaks from between male/female elbow and hose:
Replace gasket in hose metal end.
2.
Leaks between male/female elbow and coupling half:
Replace gasket in elbow.
3.
Leaks from around bolt holes:
Replace thread seals and cork composition gaskets.
4.
Leaks from between coupling half and oval closure plate:
Torque down 8 bolts to 100 inch lbs.
If not effective replace thread seals and cork composition gaskets.
5.
Leaks from between oval closure plate and tank body:
Torque down 20 bolts to 100 inch lbs.
If not effective replace '0' ring gasket.
