Replace a 1.5 inch bolt (8) with
thread seal (9) through one of the
holes.
Put the lock washer (14) on the
bolt.
Put the nut (15) on the bolt a few
turns only.
Replace the other bolts, seals,
washers and nuts.
Tighten all bolts.
