Place the handle (13) on the top of the tank and align the three holes in the tank.

Assemble one bottom clamp (7) and washer (11) at a time by inserting the ½-13 hex head bolt
(12) thru the washer (11) and thru the hole in the handle and thread it into the bottom clamp (7).
Hand tighten bolt only.

Assemble the remaining two bottom clamps (7) as described in step 3-6, d 6.

Torque all three bolts to 70 5 ft. lbs.
