Avoidfuel oil splashes and spills.2) Check that contact surface in coverFilter gasketand filter gasket are clean anddamaged.undamaged.3) Carefully fill new filter with clean fueloil and screw on by hand until gaskettouches cover. Tighten no more thananother 1/2 turn.200 hrsg.Change Racor fuel filter on stern bulk-head.1) Use T-handle on top of filter tounscrew top.2)Inspect gasket. If reusable, clean andretain. If not reusable, replace gasket.3) Remove old filter element and discard.4) Insert Racor replacement element(Racor part 201 OSM, or military equiv-alent) over center tube with a turningmotion.5) Fill filter with clean fuel oil. Lubricategasket and T-handle O-ring with fueloil.C-8
