Install cable (8) in three clamps (20).

Install three clamps (20), lockwashers
(19), and nuts (18) on main frame (21).

If removed, install bracket (6) on support
plate (17) with washer (16), screw (15),
lockwasher (14), and nut (13).

If removed, install control rod end (11) on
control lever (9) with washer (12) and
cotter pin (10).
