(16-19 mm).(5)Using a pry bar, move slack adjuster (3) so thatlinings (4) are against drum (5). Measure thedistance from center of anchor pin (6) to back ofbrake chamber (1) again (measurement B).CAUTIONDo not set free stroke shorter than5/8 in. (16 mm). If free stroke is tooshort, brake linings can drag anddamage brakes.NOTEPerform Step (6) if free stroke is morethan 3/4 in. (19 mm) or less than 5/8in.
