(9) If removed, install cable (8) on spool (12) with nut (11). (10) Install cable (8) through pulley (10) and eye rod (9). (11) Install four bases (7), two u-bolts (6), and four nuts (5) on cable (8). (12) Install anchor bracket (3) on main frame (4) with two lockwashers (2) and screws (1).
