Open locking levers (8).WARNINGAlways use an assistant when disconnecting bituminous hoses that are hot orfilled with bituminous material or serious injury to personnel may result.NOTEPlace a suitable container beneath hose fittings before disconnecting to collect allbituminous material. Contact your local environmental office or supportinstallation for proper disposal.(2)With the aid of an assistant, remove hoseend (7) from nipple (4). Allow bituminousmaterial to drain completely from hose.NOTEAlways replace dust covers or capson hoses or pipes when work isfinished with them.(3)Install dust cover (6) on hose end (7).(4)Install dust cover (3) on nipple (4) on inletand/or outlet port (5).2-31
