1. Check cam arm assemblies for
wear.
If cam arm assemblies are
worn, replace coupler
valve.
WATER IS LEAKING FROM OR AROUND COUPLER VALVE
Step 1.
Locate source of coupler valve
leak.
a. Water leaks from coupler
valve-to-adapter assembly
connection.

Make sure coupler valve
is properly locked and
installed in place.
If leakage continues, re-
move coupler valve from
adapter assembly. If
water is leaking from
adapter assembly,
notify next higher level
of maintenance.
If adapter assembly is
not leaking, reinstall
coupler valve and lock
back in place.
If leakage continues,
replace coupler valve.
