LUBRICATING OIL PUMP, OIL FILTERS & COOLER

4.
Lubricate filter gasket with oil or grease. HAND
TIGHTEN filter 1/2 to 3/4 turn after gasket
contacts filter head. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Install the Oil Cooler as follows:
1.
Install new "O" rings on tubes from cooler to
front cover.
2.
Using new gaskets, install the oil cooler to the
crankcase.
3.
Fill the cooling system and the lubricating oil
system as specified in the Operator’s Manual,
and check all connections for leaks.
