TM 5-5430-211-13 & P4-5 PERMANENT REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO TANK BODY - CONTINUED8Mix the adhesive (2 parts) in a suitable container.9Apply the mixture with a brush to the buffed areas.10Allow the adhesive to dry until tacky.11Apply a second coat of adhesive.12When tacky apply the patch to the tank body.13Ensure no air is trapped between the body and the patch .14Roll the patch down well starting from the center and working outwards.15Allow the patch to cure for 12 hours before use or testing for leaks.4-4
