TM 5-5430-211-13 & P3-22 DRAINING OF TANK1Slowly roll the tank up from the filler assembly end.Use the nylon webbing to assist.Water left in the tank will drain from the discharge coupling and the drain valve.2Unroll the tank 15 feet.3Place dust cap on discharge coupling and pack with packing material. Secure the packing with duct tape.4Unscrew the drain valve and drain hose.5Screw the plug into the drain assembly.6Pack threaded ends of hose in packing and secure the packing.7Pack drain valve in packing and secure the packing.8Completely unroll the tank.3-23 PACKING OF TANK1Fold the sides of the tank over, as shown.3-68
