BASIC DESCRIPTION
20 & 25 SERIES TEMPERATURE SWICHGAGE.
20 series (2-1/16", 52mm mounting hole) and 25 series
(2-11/16", 68mm mounting hole) have steel cases and
are diaphragm actuated. The pointer/contact grounds
through the case to complete the switch circuit. The limit
contact(s) is wired to power, through a Murphy Magnetic
Switch. See diagrams for SWICHGAGEâ wire color
code. Contacts are rated 2A @ 30V resistive (pilot
duty); bulb adapter is 1/2 NPT. See installation and
typical wiring diagrams for wire up of SWICHGAGEâ and
Murphy magnetic switch.
A20 & A25 SERIES TEMPERATURE SWICHGAGEÒ
A20 series (2-1/16", 52mm mounting hole) and A25
series (2-11/16", 68mm mounting hole) have Lexan
cases and are diaphragm actuated. These cases have
molded, isolated terminals for switch contact: the
pointer-contact is wired to common or ground; the limit-
contact(s) is wired to power through a Murphy magnetic
switch. See SWICHGAGE diagrams for terminal
codes. Contacts 2A @ 30V resistive (pilot duty); bulb
adapter is 1/2 NPT. See installation and typical wiring
