To prevent breaking strapping, release tension by turning banding tool handle
counterclockwise while rolling banding tool over buckle.
s. Roll banding tool (Figure 3-7, 1) over buckle (2), releasing tension by turning banding tool handle (3)
clockwise throughout entire course of roll.
