Inspection
(1)
Inspect all metal parts for cracks, corrosion, or broken fittings.
(2) Check that lever operates smoothly.

Assembly,
(1)
Apply antiseizing tape (Appendix F, Item 6) to external threads of swivel (3) and install swivel
into nozzle assembly (4).
(2)
Install draw bars (9) and compression spring (8), [or for Model # JGB-FAWPSS-432034612P,
tension spring (12)], chain (7), cap links (6), and dust cap (5) onto nozzle (4).
(3)
Apply antiseizing tape (Appendix F, Item 6) to external threads of reducer (2) and install
reducer into swivel (3).
(4)
Install new gasket (1) into reducer (2)
(5)
Install retaining ring (11) and dust plug (10) on reducer (2).
