ELECTRICAL VOLTAGES AVAILABLETESTING AND ADJUSTING1.Mount the second transformer on the generatorframe in line with the existing 3N1964Transformer and approximately 3 cm (1.2 inch)to the left.Drill and tap 4 holes in the generator frame. Putcloth under the area of drilling. Use a circularmagnet around the holes to catch any drill chips.Extreme caution is necessary to avoid anymetallic chips from falling onto the statorwinding.2.Remove the wire marked 6 from the terminalboard. Install the wire marked 6 from the newtransformer. Connect the original wire 6 to thewire 5 coming from the new transformer. Use abolt, nut, and washer. Carefully insulate thisconnection.
