CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Section 3
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
A thorough cleaning and inspection of all parts is
important for the injection pump and governor assembly.
Each machined surface should be cleaned of all old
gasket material and wash all parts in clean fuel oil or
calibrating oil.
When inspecting for damage or wear, it is a good
practice to replace any part that is questionable.
