Assembly.(1)Install male hinge joint (4) with female hinge joint(10).NOTEApply a coat of lubricating oil on allpreformed packings prior toinstalling.(2)Install four preformed packings (12) on twothread bearing sleeves (11).(3)Using bearing sleeve removal tool, install twothreaded bearing sleeves (11) and female hingejoint (10).WARNINGAdhesive causes immediate bondingon contact with eyes, skin, orclothing and also gives off harmfulvapors. Wear protective goggles anduse in well-ventilated area. Ifadhesive gets in eyes, try to keepeyes open; flush eyes with water for15 minutes and get immediatemedical attention.NOTE· Apply a coat of lubricating oil ontwo gaskets prior to installing.· Apply a coat of sealing compoundon threads of two plugs prior toinstalling.(4)Install two gaskets (9) and plugs (8) into femalehinge joint (10).5-247
