SERVICE MANUALREMOVE1.Remove cab door glass as outlined under"DOOR GLASS". Glass may be left in bottom ofdoor or removed through access opening asdesired.2.Pry out channel seal from door window frame(Fig. 15).3.Since rear run channel is already loosened asoutlined under "DOOR GLASS", remove channeland seal through door access opening (Fig. 15).INSTALL1.Obtain replacement channel seal and insertlower end in rear run channel.2.Place channel and seal assembly inside doorand press upper end of seal into window frame.3.Procedure for mounting rear run channel to dooris same as covered under "DOOR GLASS".DOOR GLASS INNER AND OUTER SEALSDoor glass inner and outer seals are retained inbottom of window frame by clips (Fig. 16).REMOVE1.Remove cab door glass as outlined under"DOOR GLASS". If clips are broken duringremoval, a replacement seal will be necessary.INSTALLTo install door glass inner and outer seals,simply align seals in place and press clips into openingsprovided. Avoid damage to seal by applying pressure atclip locations only.DOOR VENT GLASS AND FRONT RUN CHANNELThe door vent-glass and front run channel (Fig.17) is serviced as one assembly. It is held in place indoor by two pan head screws and two hex head bolts.Fig. 17.
