SERVICE MANUALINSTALLDoor vent glass and front run channel installationis accomplished by reversing the foregoing removalprocedure.DOOR GLASS REGULATORThe cab door glass regulator is serviced as acomplete unit with the door glass either in place orremoved. If it is not desired or necessary to replace doorglass, simply lower glass sufficiently to detach regulatorlever from glass and then push glass back up intowindow frame. Secure glass temporarily to top of doorwith tape.REMOVE1.Remove door hardware, trim and access door(same as for removing door glass).2.Lower glass to bottom of door and remove thetwo glass fastener screws and regulator leverfrom window guide.3.Remove window guide by sliding it fromregulator lever.4.Push door glass up in window frame and secureglass to top of door with tape.5.Remove the four retaining screws which holdregulator assembly in door.6.Push regulator shaft through hole in door innerpanel and remove regulator assembly throughaccess opening (Fig. 18).Fig. 18 Removing or Installing Door Glass RegulatorFig. 19.
